Big Blue Marching Band

North Stafford High School’s Big Blue Marching Band is one of the premier marching ensembles in Virginia. We are a 25-time Virginia Honor Band, Hall of Fame Band, and recipient of the 2023 VMEA Blue Ribbon Award.

Students who participate in the Big Blue Marching Band at North Nation become part of a supportive and challenging environment while making lifelong memories. Marching Band members develop discipline, a strong work ethic, and most importantly, commitment. Upperclassmen can earn leadership roles through their commitment, consistency, and cooperation.

In the 2024-25 school year, North Stafford HS will host the 42nd Annual Big Blue Marching Band Invitational on September 28.
